App terms
These terms cover Little Tomorrow, operated by Beauty and Bytes, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Read our app privacy policy before submitting photos. Contact support@getlittletomorrow.com for support.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States. Give accurate eligibility information and use an email address you control. Keep access to that mailbox secure and never share sign-in codes. The service uses Apple-signed installation information and reasonable security limits to restrict automated signups and repeated promotional claims. Do not create accounts to evade limits, suspensions or charges.
Photos, permissions and acceptable use
You retain your rights in your inputs. You give us and our service providers the limited permission necessary to process the photos and instructions you submit, generate and deliver the requested portrait, and operate service safety and support as explained in the privacy policy. You must have permission to use each photo, including permission from both pictured adults in parent-photo mode and a parent or legal guardian for a child's photo.
Do not submit exploitative, sexualized, abusive or unlawful content involving children; non-consensual intimate content; impersonation intended to deceive; harassment; or content that violates others' rights. Do not bypass safety measures, resell service access or expose another person's private data. We may refuse unsafe requests and restrict or suspend accounts used for abuse.
Imagined portraits and growth estimates
Portraits are fictional AI interpretations. We do not guarantee resemblance, uniqueness, scientific prediction accuracy or copyright protection in generated outputs. You are responsible for how you share or use an output. Do not present an AI image as a real photograph or evidence of someone's actual future.
Optional height and weight estimates use documented assumptions, population references and available journal inputs. Photos do not measure or predict future body size. These estimates are illustrative, are not medical advice or diagnoses, and must not be used for health decisions or weight targets. Ask a qualified clinician about a child's actual growth.
Welcome portraits and credits
Each eligible new account receives two welcome portraits once, subject to anti-abuse checks. Recreating an account or changing an email alias does not renew its trials. One credit pays for one completed AI portrait after free trials are used. Preview samples do not use credits. Admin access does not confer cash value or a customer entitlement.
Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases through Apple, not subscriptions. Apple's purchase sheet shows the current local price and applicable charges. Credits do not expire, belong to the Little Tomorrow account that bought them, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are separate from TestFlight testing balances. Log back into the same account to access your balance. Buying credits does not guarantee immediate generation when the service is busy or a safety check prevents a request.
Failed, cancelled and interrupted portraits
We reserve a trial or credit when generation starts. A failed generation returns that trial or credit once. Cancelling before the portrait finishes returns it once; cancellation after completion does not. Closing the app or losing connectivity does not necessarily cancel work already started. Reopen the app to recover a completed portrait during the 24-hour recovery period or check an unfinished request. A successful portrait that is not collected before recovery expires does not automatically receive a refund.
Apple refunds
Apple handles payment and decides monetary refund eligibility under its rules and applicable law. Request a refund in Portrait credits → Purchases & refunds, or use Apple's purchase help ↗ (external website). Sending a request does not itself change your balance.
After Apple confirms a full refund, we remove that pack's credits. For a partial refund, we remove the corresponding proportion of whole credits, rounded down in your favor. For example, a 50% refund of an eight-credit pack removes four credits. Already-spent credits may result in a negative balance that must be resolved before further generation. A confirmed refund reversal restores only the credits previously removed. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Local data, deletion and availability
Keep copies of keepsakes you want to preserve. The app's private local storage is excluded from device backups, and deleting the app can lose it. Deleting your account ends access to unused credits and is not an automatic refund request. Consider any Apple refund request before deletion. We may interrupt the service for maintenance, provider outages, safety or security. Contact support about unresolved missing credits or results.
Changes and service closure
We may improve features or change prices for future purchases. We will communicate material changes where appropriate; changes do not retroactively erase purchased credits. If we discontinue paid generation, we will provide reasonable notice and a way to seek assistance for unused purchases, subject to Apple processes and applicable law.
Apple's license terms
Apple's standard licensed application agreement ↗ (external website) governs the app license where applicable. These service terms supplement that license and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
