Help with Little Paws
Include the app version (Settings in Little Paws shows it), your iPhone model and a short description of what happened. A screenshot helps. Please don't email photos of people or payment details.
In an emergency
Little Paws is a journal, not a vet, and we can't give veterinary advice. If your pet may need urgent care, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital right away.
Little Paws Pro
Pro is billed by Apple, monthly or yearly. To cancel, open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone at least 24 hours before it renews. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com ↗. On a new iPhone, Pro comes with your Apple Account; if it doesn't appear, open Plan in Little Paws and tap Restore purchases.
Moving to a new iPhone
Little Paws has no accounts: your journal lives on your iPhone. Quick Start, iCloud Backup and computer backups bring it along with everything else. You can also open Settings in Little Paws, choose Back up to a file and send it to the new iPhone with AirDrop, Files or iCloud Drive, then open it there or choose Restore a backup.
Deleting your data
Your journal is stored on your iPhone. To delete it, open Settings in Little Paws and choose Delete everything on this iPhone, or delete the app. AI requests aren't stored by the Little Paws service.
